اثربخشی مداخله بازی‌درمانی عروسکی بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی کودکان اتیستیک

چکیده:پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مداخله‌ی بازی‌درمانی عروسکی بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان پسر اتیستیک انجام شد. به این منظور از روش پژوهش آزمایشی با  طرح پیش‌آزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش همه‌ی دانش‌آموزان پسر 6 تا 10 ساله اتیستیک شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 93-92 بودند که از بین آنها نمونه‌ای با حجم 24 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و پس از اجرای آزمون گارز  به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل جاگماری شدند، به طوری که هر گروه 12 نفر بود. از هر دو گروه پیش‌آزمون به عمل آمد و گروه آزمایش مداخله‌ی بازی‌درمانی عروسکی را در 21 جلسه دریافت کردند در حالی که گروه کنترل این مداخله را دریافت نکردند و در پایان برای هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون اجرا شد. برای سنجش مهارت‌های اجتماعی از پرسش‌نامه مهارت اجتماعی استونی و همکاران (2003) استفاده شد که توسط مربیان آنها پاسخ داده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میانگین مهارتهای اجتماعی و خرده مقیاس‌های آنها (توانایی درک هیجانات و احساسات دیگران، توانایی شروع تعامل با دیگران، توانایی حفظ تعامل با دیگران و توانایی پاسخ‌دهی به دیگران) در گروه آزمایش به طور معناداری افزایش یافته است (P<0/01). یافته‌ها بیانگر تأثیر مداخله‌ی بازی‌درمانی عروسکی بر بهبود مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان پسر اتیستیک بود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود با طراحی و اجرای مداخلهی بازی‌درمانی عروسکی جهت بهبود مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان اتیستیک اقدام شود

Abstract

The present study has been conducted with the purpose of exploring linguistic games in increasing reading skill among retarded students. The kind of the study is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test, being conducted among all retarded students studying in second grade of elementary schools at Mashhad. The sample included 30 subjects, randomly selected and assigned as experimental and control. Then the experimental group received 20 45-min sessions of linguistic games. In data collection we used two standard tests, namely Raven children test for homogenous subjects, and phonemic knowledge test, and also two researcher-made tests of reading speed and comprehension with appropriate validity and reliability. In data analysis, in descriptive level, we used indicators of central tendency, dispersion index, frequency distribution table, diagram and etc. and in inferential level, in addition to examining the normality of data and investigating test hypotheses we used covariance analysis and t-test. the findings show that: 1. Phonemic skill score of retarded students receiving intervention (linguistic games), has been higher compared to control group (p<0.001) 2. No difference has been found regarding reading speed score among both groups. (p<0.102). 3.  Reading comprehension score of experimental group has been higher than control group (  p<0.001). therefore, the results indicate that this educational method has been appropriate and can increase retarded students' reading skill.

The Effectiveness of Cognitive behavioral group play therapy(CBGPT) on externalizing-internalizing problems inorphan & poor parenting children’s

Introduction: The main goal of family-like centers is providing the major function of family for orphan and poor parenting children. However, only transferring these children from harmful environment to an environment with less harm does not seem enough. The grief of loss of family exposes children to psychological, behavioral and academic problems. The aim of present study is to assess the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral play group therapy on decreasing externalized and internalized problems of orphan and poor parenting children.Methods:  in this study 20 attending primary school girls participated from two Children Houses which were randomly divided into two groups of experiment and control. Those who attended the experiment group received 16 sessions, 3 times a week, of CBPT and educators responded to Achenbach behavioral survey (parent form) for all participants as pretest, post test and follow up (a month after the end of intervention). In order to analyze the data, covariance has been used. Results:  the results of this study indicate that CBPT decreased the internalized problems significantly at post test (P<0.005) as well as follow up (P<0.001). It also decreased the externalized problems significantly at post test (P<0.001) as well as follow up (P<0.001). The results also showed that subscales of depression and anxiety have also decreased but not in the subscale of aggression.Discussion: due to the high prevalence of behavioral problems among the orphan and poor parenting children and the atrocious consequences and even more serious at their adulthood, treatment of internalized-externalized problems is very essential. And CBPT by presenting the CBT techniques and designing and conducting games for each problem would decrease the internalized and externalized problems among the orphan and poor parenting children and this treatment is recommended for children for its attraction.

Having no parent or guardian in children causes many psychosocial problems including reduction of self confidence, fear of not being accepted in group or society, anger and aggressiveness, anxiety and depression. In order to face and solve these problems children need skills like plying. The aim of present research is to study the effectiveness of Sand Play Therapy together with Narrative Therapy on reduction of anxiety, depression and aggressiveness in children having no parent or guardian who live in a pseudo-family.

The scheme of present research is semi-experimental and pretest and post-test scheme is with control group.30 subjects from the male children living in a pseudo-family in Mashhad that had no parent or guardian were chosen using available sampling method (15 subjects were put into each one of test and control groups randomly).in this research we used child’s behavioral inventory (CBCL) and teacher’s report form (TRF) tools, and descriptive statistic method including standard average and deviation were used for describing central indexes. Inferential statistic method of analyze of covariance has also been applied.

The results of this research proved that the anxiety of male children who have got no parent or guardian has been meaningful at the level of 0/001 alpha using Sand Play Therapy together with Narrative Therapy, and depression of male children who have got no parent or guardian is meaningful at the level of 0/001 alpha using Sand Play Therapy together with Narrative Therapy, and aggressiveness of male children who have got no parent or guardian became meaningful at the level of 0/001 alpha using Sand Play Therapy together with Narrative Therapy.

The results of this research generally tells us that Sand Play Therapy together with Narrative Therapy is effective on curing anxiety, depression, and aggressiveness in male children who have got no parent or guardian and live in a pseudo-family
